Parts of speech, punctuation, capital letters and other core writing conventions.
Building Sentences
Learn to construct clear, correct and complete sentences.
Paragraph Writing
Organise ideas and write coherent, well-structured paragraphs.
Early Composition
Put skills together in short pieces of writing, with checklists and independence growing over time.

Is Level 1 Right for My Child?
Before joining Level 1, your child should be able to:
Read
Read simple words and sentences at a basic level.
Spell
Spell familiar words and make reasonable attempts at unfamiliar words.
Form Letters Correctly
Can form lowercase and uppercase letters correctly and write them legibly.
