1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

All of our printable resources are digital products. There is no physical item and therefore no shipping, postage, or delivery charges. After purchase, your files are made available for immediate download through our shop (Etsy), and a download link is also sent to your email.

2. Accessing Your Downloads

Once payment is confirmed, downloads are typically available instantly. If you purchase through Etsy, you can access your files from your Etsy account under “Purchases and reviews.” Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

3. Delivery of Online Classes

Our writing and penmanship programmes are delivered live online in small groups. After enrolment, you will receive joining instructions, the class schedule, and any required materials by email before your first lesson. Lessons are held via a secure video platform — you can join from anywhere with an internet connection.

4. Timescales

Enrolment confirmations and joining details are normally sent within 1–2 working days of a successful booking. Digital product downloads are available immediately upon purchase.

5. Problems With Delivery

If you have not received your download or your class joining details, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@writeitrightacademy.com and we will help right away.
