1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains how Write it Right Academy sets and displays its prices. Our aim is that every customer knows exactly what they are paying, what they receive for it, and in which currency, before they commit to a purchase.

2. Prices Are Displayed Before Purchase

The full price of every programme and printable resource is shown on this website before checkout — on the relevant programme or product page and, together in one place, on our Pricing Plan page. You will always see the final amount payable before you confirm an order.

3. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Where a price is displayed in another currency for convenience, that figure is indicative only; the amount charged is the USD price. Your bank or card issuer applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee, which we do not receive and cannot control.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices are inclusive of any taxes we are required to charge. There are no registration fees, materials fees, or platform fees. Our printable resources are digital downloads, so no shipping or delivery charges apply. The price shown is the total amount payable.

5. How Our Prices Are Set

Our prices reflect the real cost of delivering the service: qualified teaching time, small class sizes, lesson preparation, individual marking and feedback, and the design and production of original materials. We review our prices periodically to keep them fair and sustainable, and we price our resources so that they remain accessible to families and home educators.

6. Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Any change applies only to orders and enrolments placed after the new price is published. A price you have already paid, or a place already confirmed, will never be increased retrospectively for that term or order.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Where a discount, bundle, or promotional price is offered, the terms and the period it applies to will be stated clearly alongside it. Promotional prices cannot be applied to purchases made before the promotion began and cannot be combined unless we say so.

8. Pricing Errors

We take care to display prices accurately. If an obvious error occurs and an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may either confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to.

9. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed by our secure payment provider; we do not see or store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and are made to the original payment method in the currency of the original charge.
