If you request teacher feedback we also receive the writing sample you upload, and if you pay a course fee by bank transfer we receive the payment receipt you upload. These files are stored privately and used only for that purpose.

Printable resources can be bought directly on this website or through our Etsy shop. On this website, payment is processed by our payment provider and we do not collect or store your card details. On Etsy, payment is handled by Etsy under its own terms.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, to help us improve the website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver and administer our classes, provide customer support, process enrolments, send important service updates, and improve our website and services. We only use your information for the purposes for which it was provided.
