Return & Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds for online classes and digital printable resources.

1. Overview
This policy explains how refunds work for our two types of offering: online writing & penmanship classes (services) and digital printable resources (downloadable products).
2. Online Classes
If you wish to cancel an enrolment, you may request a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, but before the first lesson, are eligible for a 50% refund. Once a course has begun, fees are generally non-refundable; however, if you are unable to continue due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will consider your request fairly, including the option of crediting a future course.
3. Missed Lessons
Where possible, we provide lesson materials or a recording for missed sessions. Missed lessons are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
4. Digital Printable Resources
Our printable resources are digital downloads. Because they are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed. Purchases made through our Etsy shop are additionally governed by Etsy’s refund policies.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Files
If a downloaded file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly provide a corrected file or an appropriate resolution.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@writeitrightacademy.com with your name, order or enrolment details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days.
